This P-trap installs under your sink, shower, or tub to prevent sewer gases from entering your RV or motorhome. The hubs slide onto sewer system pipes, and the union joint screws together to connect the 2 pieces of the P-trap.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this P-trap fitting. Now this is going to install under your sink, your shower or bathtub as part of your RV sewer system to prevent sewer gases from entering into your RV or motor home. And this features a sturdy ABS plastic construction. And this is going to be relatively easy to install.
This one and a half inch hub will slide right onto your sewer system pipe, and then it will adhere with the ABS solvent cement that you see there on your screen. So if you don't already have some, you can take that item number that you see there on your screen, pop that into the search field of our website. That will take you to that solvent cement, and you can add that to your order if you are in need of it. But as you know, that cement is going to give you a tight seal so you're not gonna have to worry about anything leaking. And then this slip joint nut will create a watertight seal on your one and a half inch diameter pipe.
And then the union joint here will screw together to connect the two pieces, your one and a half inch hub and your slip nut joint. It's going to allow you to configure this in whichever orientation is going to be best for you in your setup. And tighten that down here. So if you are needing to replace or add a P-trap fitting to your RV or motor home's sewer system, and this is looking for a fitting to slip onto your one and a half inch hub and work with your one and a half inch in diameter pipes, this is gonna be exactly what you need. i was able to use this part with my existing parts. My existing parts had a longer neck to reach the trap. So, this was the only part that could use to make it work.
Needs to have a more detail breakdown of the measurements. Otherwise etrailer is the best!
Had to replace both p traps on my 2024 Jayco Eagle MBQS 355. Both kitchen & bathroom sink failed from factory.

Works perfectly! I needed just the U part of this trap - the existing piece had a tiny hairline crack, which made the drain leak. The piece has a slip nut that is contained on the U. They don't sell this at many places, so it was great to find it here. Saved me a lot of time cutting the old one out and replacing the entire trap.
They did not have the p-trap I needed. I was hoping the one they had would have worked for my trailer. The part was not pricey so they could not send me a return label. It would have exceeded the amount for the part price. I did pay for 2 day shipping so they did refund me the shipping fee.
